How do I contact Cameo Online Shop?
There are several ways you can contact our customer service department. Send us an email through our online email option or info@cameoo.com. Our technique supports should respond to your emails within 2 working days. In addition, you can reach us at 22650345.

Why should I register a Cameo online account?
Shop more conveniently, easily and rapidly. Once you add items to your basket and wish to leave the site, the basket will save the items for a week until you come back and visit us again. As a registered user, you can view your purchase history from your account. Your personal information is pre-filled for you when you check out. Anytime you log into your account, you don’t need to enter your personal information again.

How to register a Cameo online account?
Click 'sign up', enter your personal information, and then click 'OK'. It's done.

What information do I need to provide when I call or email Cameo customer services?
     • Customer user ID and name.
     • The RMA number for all the item you wish to return.
     • Invoice number or sales order number.
     • Item number or description of the item.


PAYMENT
How many payments methods I can choose?
It’s easy to make a purchase at CAMEO. You can pay by K-net, Credit card or cash.

What is my return policy?
We only accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase transactions?
Yes, all customers will get an official receipt for all the transactions made on CAMEO. To obtain an official receipt, simply follow the steps below:
    Login to your account
   Go to my order history
   select the order number that you would like to print a receipt.
   Click on "Print”.
*An electronic invoice and purchasing confirmation email will send to customer’s email address within 24hours just after the order submission.*


SHIPPING

Can I have my order shipped to different address?
Yes, just enter the address where you want your product delivered, and then select 'Check-out' to complete your order. Note; if you are shipping an online purchase to an office building remember to include the office name, floor and department it is being shipped to.

If my package gets lost, whom do I contact?
Please contact CAMEO customer support first. We’ll contact the shipper to try and find your package. Note: claims must be made no later than 7 days after your order was shipped.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my shipment?
If customers are not home to receive their package, the Shipper will leave you a note with an address to the closest office for you to pick up your package. Or, you can re-schedule another delivery with the shipper to have the package deliver to your house.

What should I do if the wrong product was shipped to me?
Please contact CAMEO customer service and we will provide you with the right item.

How do I exchange or return a product I bought online?
Exchanging or returning product is very simple in CAMEO. Please go to Return & Refund page to fill out all the information for exchange or return. Our customer support team will contact you by email within 2 working days.

If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 10 days of us receiving and inspecting the item. We will only credit back to the same payment card that customers used for purchase.
